Delivery & Pickup

We run our own delivery fleet across the eastern seaboard, and we partner with Australia’s major furniture carriers everywhere else. That combination is why our freight is faster, cheaper and less damaged than the industry norm.

Free delivery over $600

Orders over $600 are delivered free to metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Under $600, a flat metro rate is calculated at checkout.

Regional and interstate addresses are quoted at checkout based on postcode. If a quote looks wrong for your address, message us before you order — we will check it by hand.

Our own trucks

Metro deliveries in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane go out on our own vehicles, with our own crew. They know the product, they carry the tools, and they are the same people you spoke to on chat. Most metro orders held in local stock leave the warehouse within one to two business days.

Everywhere else

Outside the three metro zones we use established furniture freight partners with tracked door-to-door service. Delivery is to your door; two-person and upstairs handling can be arranged — ask us before you order.

Warehouse pickup

We are an online store. There are no showrooms — but you are welcome to collect your order, free of charge, from any of our three warehouses.

Open and delivering seven days a week, 9am–5:30pm. Please wait for your “ready for collection” email before you drive over.

Pre-orders and arrival dates

When a piece is out of stock, the product page shows the exact date the next container is due, read live from our warehouse system. Order at that point and your piece is reserved from the incoming shipment — it ships the week it lands.
